Vertical Panel Press Insulating Glass Production Line For Manufacturing Double Glass
LBW2500PB Vertical Automatic Insulating Glass Outside Assembly Flat Press Production Line is a high-efficiency insulating glass processing equipment. This line can not only produce ordinary insulating glass but also for low-e insulating glass. It is a better mass production equipment to produce insulating glass with high automatic degree, high efficiency, easiness of operation and maintenance.
Main Features :
1 PLC control system,work automatically.10.4-inch touch screen, convenient to operate.
2 Three pairs of high temperature nylon brushes are driven separately by six asynchronous electric motors, and are movable, also can adjust the distance automatically according to the thickness of the glass.
3 Adopts acid-proof, alkali-proof and anti-corrosion solid delivery wheel. The distance between wheel is adjustable according to the thickness of glass.
4 Outside assemble section: hydraulic motivation make the movement more stable. The up and down of locating frame is driven by variable frequency motor and automatically inspect the height of glass.
5 Outside assembly and inside assembly function is optional.
6 All components are high standard to be sure that the machine can be used stable for a long time.

* SKF oil-free lubrication waterproof bearing avoid the oil molecular pollution to glass after cleaning.
* Glass pressing section is driven by Servo motor and hydraulic system, the suckers are distributed regionally. The press board can be opened to 450mm, convenient to open and maintenance.
Glass drying section is equipped inclined rhombic air knife by NC bending process. Internal circulation air duct prevent from the wind pollution and save energy.
Automatic LOW-E glass inspection system : identify whether it is coating glass, low-e glass or not.
