PVC Double Pipe Extrusion Line Production Description

Application

This PVC double pipe extrusion line is specially desighed for PVC or other plastic powder. It is suitable for PVC pipe high-speed extrusion, and make enterprise more competitive. It adopts rugged compact reducer, shielding type separation screw, slot machines tube, basket extrusion die which can ensure high quality of plastic pipe, improve efficiency, and ecomomic the artificially, electricity, workshop space.

Features

1. Adopt PLC control and simple operation.
2. Use stainless steel which type is 304.
3. The center height can be adjusted.
4. Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched which the thickness layer 0.4-0.7mm; Hardness of screw barrel: >940 HV.
5. Adopt Electric Parts (Motor/Inverter/breaker/relay and so on) which is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. It can keep machine operation stable and improve the extruder's output.
6. Production speed is 6m/min to 15m/min.
