Features of  automatic mineral water production line

1. The machine concept of the CGF series was specifically designed for bottling in a hygienic environment;

2. Thanks to the free-standing transfer starwheels, there are much less exterior surfaces on the fillers than on conventional systems;

3. This innovative design has also the effect of the machine being very easily accessible for maintenance purposes and that it can be expanded at any time without conversion, for example with an additional cap feeder;

4. The OMRON / Siemens PLC system offers the ideal solution for conductive non-carbonated fill products, as the fill quantity is measured precisely by an inductive flow meter;

5. All filling process steps can be programmed easily and individually – adjusted to the product to be filled and to the container.

6. With all variants of the CGF series for non-carbonated products, the containers are conveyed through the machine by means of neck-handling. This, as well as fill quantity determination via inductive flow meter (IDM) guarantee high flexibility and short change-over times;

 

 Description
a. This water filling machine is mainly used for washing, filling and capping PET bottled non- carbonated drinks such as mineral water, pure water, stilled water, distilled water, etc.
b. Bottle washing, filling and capping are finished in one machine.
c. The contact time is shorten between material and the outside, avoid the second time pollution
d. CGF series filling machine adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle mold more convenient, faster .
e. The water filling machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The main electric elements adopt Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, etc international famous products.

Operation
Ø  Empty bottles are fed manually onto the in feed Air conveyor.
Ø  From there bottles are carried to the Rinsing section.
Ø  Bottles gripped by neck & get tilted on rinsing nozzles.
Ø  Rinsed bottles are coming straight & get transferred to the filling section& are holded by neck.
Ø  Filled bottles are transferred to the capping section.
Ø  Capsare put in the rotaryhopper & tightened under the revolving capping heads, while coming out by out feed conveyor.
