1.It is used to compound fire-resistant sponge/foam with fabric or non-woven products. 

2. It is used sponge as the sticky material, melted by spraying flame, can bind other material, it can also bind any other two kinds of material with melted sponge by spraying flame. 

3.Laminated products feel good, washable and dry-washable. 

4.This type of machine is especially suitable for the compound of plush and abrasive.  

5. The air exhaust diaphragm will exhaust the odor.   

6.The water cooling system well enhances the lamination effect .

Flame lamination is a process that adheres material to one side of the fire retardant foam or EVA. 

Pass the foam or EVA over a flame produced by a flare roller, creating a thin layer of sticky stuff on the surface of one side of the foam or EVA.Then, quickly press the material against the sticky stuff of the foam or EVA.
