Q: Can I have my own packaging and add my logo on the item?
A: Yes, you can. OEM and ODM are available for us. We also have designers to help you to complete the artwork.

Q: How do you ensure quality?
A: We have strict quality control team to check each process from the incoming material to finish the plush toys.

Q: Do you provide samples ?What is sample cost?
A: It usually takes around 5-7 days.
Sample cost would be about USD50.00/design-USD100.00/design, it depends on your design, color, fabric, logo, etc.

Q:Why do you charge sample cost?
A: We would take time and cost for the sample, and also for both of us to attach importance for the project and sample. Most importantly sample charge would be REFUNDABLE.
We would develop the sample until you are satisfied with sample.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Normally we accept 20-30% deposit and balance TT payment against faxed documents. If you have other requirements, we can further discuss.
