Small Portable Electric Gold Silver Copper Smelter with 1kg 2kg 3kg 4kg
Gold Silver Copper Smelter are made for casting, reclaiming, alloying, and refining gold, silver and other metals with similar or lesser melting temperatures. Equipped with electronic temperature controls with digital displays, these melters can reach a working temperature of 2102F (1150 C).
Max temperature of 2192F(1120 C)
The digital temperature control will prevent overshoot and protect the heating element from overheating. Tongs are provided to easily remove crucible.
New type melting furnace apply SSR controller, alloy made heater with melting temp up to 1900, high temp proof ceramic melting Chamber, high aluminium protection.

Furnace Instruction
1. Power Supply
1) There are 110V,220V and 380V three kinds of AC working voltage provided,
be sure your local working voltage should be matched before using the melt.
2) The power switch should be in OFF state
3) The indicator light of temp meter will turn on after power supplied and turn the green switch into ON state.
2. Temperature Setting.
The temp meter will display the setting value 1150°C (SV) and the
mini-furnace inside actual temp (PV) after power supplied.
3. Working State
A. Put the material into the crucible and set into the melter, close the cover.
B. Turn the red switch into ON state, the melter begins to work,
the meter indicator light will turn on.
C.The temp control meter will automatically control the melter.
4.Power off.
Turn off the red switch into OFF state first, then turn off green switch.
Operation Instructio
Temperature Setting
The thermostat has two digital read-outs: the bottom readout (SV) displays the setting you enter into the furnace. The top read-out (PV) displays the actual temperature inside the crucible during operation.
Temperature Setting
To set the desired melting temperature, turn on green on/off switch. Wait a few seconds; the bottom (SV) readout should show the default temperature setting of 1950°F.
To change the temperature setting, simply press the left arrow key to move the cursor to the proper desired digit and press the up or down keys to adjust it up or down. Adjust each digit to the desired setting.

1. Open furnace cover, put the crucible by tongs with melting material into the furnace, close Lid.
2. Turn on the red switch, press the red button to start the melting process, the round indicator light will be light. Then the thermostat control melting automatically.
IV. Pour metal liquid process.(Note:Make sure bear on insulating gloves and glasses during operation)
1. After 15minutes, setting temperature is reached.
2. Wait for 5minutes, open the lid with insulating gloves and glasses to check
3. If melted, metal liquid will appear, it not melted, go on melting.
4. Put it on the insulating tray, wait for cooling with 10 second.
5. Pour the melten into the mould, put the crucible in the tray hole.
6. Turn off red switch and green switch, close lid.
Melting ends, smelting metal can be continued processed according to the user actual demand.
