Q: What’s the lead time for sample and mass order?
A: Lead time for sample: after received payment for sample, it can ship out very fast if have sample in stock, it’s about 7-15 days if no stock.
Lead time for mass order: 35 days after received 30% deposit and all artworks confirmed.
Q: What’s the payment terms?
A: T/T, 30% deposit before arrange mass order production, 70% balance against goods be ready for shipping.
Q: Can you print logo on products and do OEM gift box? A: Yes, it’s free when mass order quantity is up to 1000 pcs.
Q: What’s the shipping terms?
A: For sample: usually shipping via DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT express, or provide your own express account or own forwarder to us, we can help to ship for you.
For mass order: our shipping term is for FOB Shenzhen, usually shipping by sea by customer’s own forwarder.
