Polyester/TGIC Powder Coatings
Base: Thermoset powder coating based on polyester resins and TGIC hardeners
Feature: Good bond ability and good mechanical properties
Good over baking resistance
Excellent weatherability
Good flowing and glossy
Field of application:
This kind of coating is ideal for exterior decoration and for corrosion protection of parts or finished products, which have to withstand outdoor exposure. Typical applications include fence pipe, guardrail, playground equipment, farming machinery, garden tools, architectural products, automotive products and aluminum profiles etc.
Product availability:
-Color: Various
-Gloss Range: 15-95% (smooth surface at 60°)
-Surface: Smooth and special finish (texture, wrinkle, hammer etc) for all kinds of gloss
-Density: 1.4-1.8 g/cm3
Curing guide: 180°C/20min, 190°C/15min or 200°C/10min
Film characteristics:
Good film appearance with the excellent mechanical and exterior exposure durability. These polyester coatings also exhibit excellent over baking resistance across a wide range of cure conditions.
