Q4: What’s your MOQ?

A: In general, our minimum order quantity is 20 metric tons.

Q5: What kind of certification do you have?

We have passed ISO 1900 and ISO 14001, and all of our product are satisfied with the standard of building material industry association or enterprise standard in china.

Q6: What do you sell is different from ordinary cement?

Fristly, its main composition is calcium sulphoaluminate not calcium silicate.

Secondly, it is not for building house, but applied to make mortar like tile adhesive, fast set mortar, waterproof, leak-stopping, concrete repairs, self-leveling compounds etc.

Last but important, the common features of this sulphoaluminate cement series are all high strength,high early strength, low alkali, fast set, micro expansive ect.

Q7: What kind of package do you have?

In general, we have two regular packing to meet mostly customers, 25kg Bulk bag and jumbo bag, all are plastic bag with moister inside.

But if you’re willing to pay the extra fees, special packing are available. More specific packing details, Pls contact me for further cooperation.

Q8: How many tons can one 20 feet container load?

Normally, one 20GP can load max 24 metric tons with 20 pallets included. Each pallet place 1mt to 1.2mt. Of course, your any advice is greatly welcomed.

Q9: Could you send me some samples? 

 A: Of course free samples within 5kgs are available. But we are afraid that you should pay for the delivery charge at the first time.

Q10:What's your Delivery Time?

 A: In general, if for samples shipment, 3 to 5 days is enough to delivery the cargos after payment confirmed. But if for the former order with large quanity, the shipment will be completed within 15 days since payment confirmed.
