Q1. How can i make payment here ?

You can place here via Alibaba security and pay by credit card and T/T.

Q2.Do you have 0.001mm resolution scale ?

Yes it has. It cost extra $15 per piece basic on 0.005mm scale.

Q3.I do not know how to install the Readout & Linear scale, what shall i do ?

We send the English manual together with the products and Russian,France,Korean and Portuguese manual are available to send by Email.

Q4.Do you have special linear scale ?

Yes we have 24V scale for PLC, high precision 0.5um resolution scale and 1VPP output signal scale.

Q5.Do you have 4 axis & 5 axis readout ?

Yes of course.

Q7.Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free spls, freight collect. But for some high value spls, it need spl cost and freight collect. Pls informed that all spls cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.

Q8.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

Q9.Can you do the designs for us?
Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements.

Q10.How long can I expect to get the sample?
It will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days. The samples will be sent to you by express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q11.What about the lead time for mass production?
Frankly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, we suggest that you start inquiry 60 days before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
