Can I have a sample order?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable

Samples need 3-5 working days, mass products need 7-10 days.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?

Express(DHL,UPS,Fedex or TNT.), Air or Sea shipment is available depends on your need. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive except Sea transportation.

How to precede the order if I have logo to print?

Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production.

How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%, so there is no big problem to the lights. Secondly, we usually offer 5 years warranty for our lights. Thirdly, during the guarantee period, we will resend new lights with the new order for small quantity. If there are many lights don't work, we can repair them, then resend them to you.
Five Years Limited Warranty
ROMANSO will replace or repair defective products within 5 years warranty upon our approved inspection of the returned products.
For defective item because of product quality, ROMANSO will be responsible for the international shipment cost of replacement between import country to China and China to import country both two ways.
Notice:
* Any return without authorization of ROMANSO will not be accepted.
* If return product is found to be damaged, missing parts, a minimum 10% restocking fee will be charged.
* If return product is found to be non-damaged, the product will be returned to customer, at customer's expense.
* Force Majeure.
