Descriptions:

Product: Specialized in producing various kinds of footwear such as basketball shoes, jogging shoes, casual shoes, canvas shoes, snow shoe and other kinds of sport shoes.

Material: Suitable for all kinds of thermoplastic raw material, foaming or non-foaming, such as PVC and TPR.

 Machine Features:

1. Machine is controlled by PLC system,pre-plastication by hydraulic motor and fully-hydraulic driven.
2. Strong plasticizing capacity and its temperature can set as autocontrol.
3. It use 20 point measure and can set the injection volume for each station on the basis of actual requirement.
4. It also have the function of empty mould selection and run with variable frequency.
5. This machine is equipped V shape clamping parts.
6. Rotary table moves steady, and the speed can be adjusted. Moving, plastification and injection is independent.
7. Our machine have second pressure injection and function of select the order of press last and clamping.
8. It has more work stations which gives long moulding time for shoes, it can improve the product quality.
