Set up your device before using server or APP
Step 1-- Insert the SIM card
After inserting the SIM, dial the SIM’s number.
If get through with no answer, the device works.
Step 2-- Set Master Number
Send the following command by you phone:
pw,123456,center,number#
Step 3-- Set APN
Send the following command by your phone:
apn,apndata,username,user password,network code#

ip,ip number,port number#

A: As long as your country has regular 2G GSM network. If you use 3G SIM card or 4G SIM card, before testing,make sure it has 2G GSM service.

A: No, our web platform and APP are life-long free for our customers.
3) Q: Can I choose to use other platforms or my own servers?
A: Yes. We have long-term cooperation with many third-party platforms such as Wialon, Traccar and Gpsgate. Also, we could send our open communication protocols to you if necessary.
4) Q: How many devices can I have in one account on your platform or APP?
A: There is no limit to the number of devices used in one account. So, you can add as many devices as you like to your account.
5) Q: How do your gps trackers work?
A: We use sms to command the devices. The gps trackers would alert you by SMS/ Call in unusual cases. Also, you can monitor the devices on our free platform or APP.
