Juice production line
Capacity of plant: 2MT~100MT per day
The whole juice production line consists of the following units:
1. Fresh fruit washing cleaning system
2. Mixing and Sugar Melting Section
3. sterilization and Homogenizer
4. Temporary storage
5. Filling or Packing Unit
6. CIP Cleaning Systems,water treatment system,second sterilization system
7. After Treatment Equipment, like conveyor, package or pallet, etc.
8. There are other assistant equipments used such as steam boilers, air compressor, cold water unit, etc.
9. Installation materials for the process pipline, utility pipeline as well as electrical installation are provided.
**Filling types can be decided by the customer then designed accordingly.

Water treatment machine
ro water treatment is use for geting the pure water to juice production and washing.Raw water come to pre-filter and precision filter then into ro membrane final pure water come out.Our membrane is imprt from USA HYDRANAUTICS.
CIP cleaning machine
CIP cleaning machine is use for cleaning the whole juice production line after/before production.
Bcs after production the juice will be in tanks and pipes so need cleaning it.
Filling Machine
The juice will be fillied in the bottle or other container,in the pics one is 3-1 PET bottle filling machine.*Filling types can be decided by the customer then designed accordingly.
