APPLICATION

1. Material :Thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. 

2. Workpiece : Metals such as household appliances, aluminium extrusions, drum hardware, and automobile and bicycle parts.

3. Note: The normal WX-958 spray gun can't be sprayed Metallic powder except the speical processing ,so if any speical requirement for metallic powder ,please kindly tell us in advance.

 

WORKING PRINCIPLE 

 

This electrostatic powder coating machine is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin". Applying the electrostatic powder coating to objects is to give negative electric charge to the powder, which is then sprayed towards your workpiece by high voltage electrostatic and then the power will be attracted onto the workpiece.

 

 

OPERATION STEPS 

 

1. Install all the connector ,lines, cables & hose correctly;

2. Ensuring the good gournding effect;

3. Turning on switch of power ;

4. Pressing the button of spray gun and testing the High voltage, if required, adjust it;

5. Pouring into the powder to powder feeding hopper:
6.  Starting powder spraying operation by worker;
