Brief introduction:
Foot valve is a kind of low-pressure flat-plate valve. Its function is to ensure the unidirectional flow of liquid i, to make the pump work normally when the pump stops working for a short time, so that the liquid can not return to the water source box, to ensure that the suction pipe is filled with liquid, so as to facilitate the start-up of the pump.
Application:
Foot valves are mainly used for slurry treatment of pumps etc.. Usually, bottom valves are installed at the bottom of underwater suction pipes of pumps to prevent slurry backflow.
