Q1: What is the history of CX Dental?

CX Dental founded in 2006, is the professional manufacturer of dental chairs. In the past 10 years, CX Dental had develped so fast that its sales network have covered all over the world. Now it have become one of the biggest manufacturer of dental chair in the China.

Q2: What certificates do CX Dental have? 

Our company got ISO13485 quality management system certificate and our product got the CE certificate. Our company also have all kind of cerrificates you need. For example, Free sale certificate,Registration certifiate of Medical device,etc.

Q3: How about the warranty?

The equipments will have one year warranty. if having any problem, you can send us the pictures or videos, we will send you theparts for free as the replacement.

Q4: How to arrange Shipment?

Usually in our quotation we give you the EXW price. It means that you need to take the consideration of shipment cost. We had forwarder partner whom we cooperated with for many years. If you need, our forwarder can arrange the shipment for you. Very convenient.

Q5: What is the cooperate method we deal with? 

Please note that we only wholesale the dental chairs to the dealer, in order to give the aftersale support as well. For the dealers from different countries, usually we will sign the contract with our dealer for the period of several years. 

Q6: Delivery days for 20’GP container or 40’HQ container?

After receving your 30% deposit, we will start the production soon. Usually it takes us around 10 work days only to finish one 20 GP contianer of dental chairs or compressor and takes around 15 work days to finish one 40’HQ container.
