1.Memory foam is made with TDI(toluene diisocyanate) or MDI(methylene diphenyl diisocyanate)

   TDI gives a toxic smell and poses a significant risk for consumers and workers.

   MDI, though more expensive, is safer and less toxic in the work environment.

   From a manufacturer’s perspective, we are concerned about our consumer’s and worker’s safety. That is the reason why we use MDI instead of TDI.

2.It is often said that the higher density of memory foam is, the better quality it is.

   Some manufacturer add the talcum powder to simulate high density memory foam.

  The service time of their product is 1-2 years. We don’t use talcum powder so that our product can keep good performance at least 5 years.

3.The average density of our memory foam is 4.37lb per cubic feet.(70 Kg per cubic meter). Due to the low temperature resistance, they can keep good performance at -15 degrees. Provide you with intimate support in cold environment.
