Product Description
wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 75mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
Door: 2 sets 4 pcs of front doors with special rigid frame. Size: 4000(w) x 7000(h). 2 pc of emergency door.
Air Intake System (2sets): Each set consists of 2x4kw intake fan. Total 4 units of 4kw intake fan.
Air Exhaust System (2set): Each set consists of 1x7.5kw exhaust fan. Total 2 units of 7.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.
Movable Roof : Movable roof with electric control system,can work automaticly.Size is 8m x 1m.
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 10 units x 3pcs of 15w lamps. Side light has 24 units x 2pcs of 15w lamps. Total 78 pcs of 36 W lamps. 900 Lux.
Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
