General processing line of ALLUVIAL GOLD

For alluvial gold, the gold trommel, centrifugal concentrator, sluice box, shaking table are always involved.

Step 1. Remove useless gravels by trommel;

Step 2. Enrich the heavy minerals by centrifugal concentrator and sluice box;

Step 3. Upgrade the enriched gold concentrates by shaking tables (roughing & cleaning);

Step 4. Amalgam the gold concentrates of shaking table by amalgamator to recover the free gold.

Step 5. Smelt the free gold sands into gold bar by gold melting furnace after separating the mercury from the gold sands.

In the rock gold flow, more equipments are involved, like jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, centrifugal concentrator, shaking table, gold melting furnace.

Step 1. Crush the rocks into ball mill acceptable sizes by crushers;

Step 2. Grind the rocks into fine sizes by ball mill so as to release the gold;

Step 3. Classify the ground ores by classifier so as to send back coarse sizes for re-grinding;
