The machine doesn't work once turn on the machine

1.No noise, switch is broken

2.There is noise inside machine, the electric capacity is broken

2.Change the electric capacity

The dough sheet is not smooth or twine the rollers

1.The thickness of dough sheet is not the same

2.The dough mixture is so soft

3. Scrap of roller is loosen or out of shape

1. Regulate the gap between rollers, make the thickness uniform

2.Add some flour and make mixture again. Add some dry flour on both side of dough sheet

3. Regulate knife scrap to make sure there is no space between roller and scrap

The dough sheet is still dirty after long time use

The scrap fix too tight to the roller

Loose the screw of the scrap a little bit

Noise come from knife scrap

There is space between roller and scrap.

Fasten screw of the scrap, keep scrap close to the roller

There are scratches or rust on the roller

1.Roller is injured by hard object.

2.Machine is not used for long time or improper maintenance

Polish roller surface with emery cloth in rotation direction after turn off the power

Noodle is not made smoothly or a lot of dough stick on the knife

1.Dough sheet too wet

2.The scrap of knife is loosened

1.Regulate the humidity of the mixture and add some dry flour on both side of dough sheet

2. Fasten screw of scrap of knife
