Our persimmon fruit is from Fuping County, Shaanxi province, the hometown of Chinese President. The dried persimmon is produced by indigenous methods which is purely handmade to make the concentrated flavor of persimmon. It is picked after natural maturity, sundried outdoor for 2-3 weeks. Dried persimmon is also popular in Korea(as gotgam) and Japanese(hoshigaki).
