Plastic Lamella Plate Clarifiers

Lamella clarifiers,also called Tube settlers,are used to remove solids in the waste water treatment.tube settlers are single plastic profiles combined to tubes. This design multiplies the sedimentation area up to 15 times per square meter surface area and helps to improve sedimentation in water and waste water treatment plants.Different executions support a better process and cost reduction of the plant.

Features:

1,Large watted perimeter, small hydraulic radius.
2,Good laminar flow, particles falling free from flocculent flow interference.
3,As long as inclined tube is 1meter, effective loadis designed by 3-5 tons/m 2 .VO in 2.5-3.0 mm/sec range and best water quality.
4,Adopting honeycomb inclined pipe in water inlet with tube 2.0 to 3.0 meters ensure safe operation processing in high turbidity of 50-100 kg/m3 clay sand content.
5,Processing power of inclined pipe sedimentation tank is horizontal-flow settling tank 3-5 times, accelerating water clarification and pulse water clarification of 2-3 times.
