Lines and equipment especially designed for the production and aseptic filling of soy milk according to the highest quality international standards. The soy milk line production process is composed of the following phases: reception of soy beans, de hulling, dehydration, grinding, solubilization, separation, clarification, inhibition, standardization/formulation, homogenization, cooling and storage, sterilization and aseptic filling. Soy milk can also be kept for further processing in order to obtain, for example, flavored soy milk, soy drinks, beverages etc.
The separation phase allows to obtain a by product called “Okara” and generally used as animal food.

Powder milk production line is for all kinds of dairy products and juice, such as pure milk, flavored milk, sour milk, yogurt, milk drinking,milk power and ice cream, butter,cheese,juice,juice power etc, others like the juice and all kinds of drinking such as soy milk and tea drinking, energy drinking etc.

The whole milk line includes the following units:
1. Milk reception or powder & water mixing unit.
2. Mixing and sugar melting unit.
3. Pasteurizer and homogenizer.
4. Storage or yogurt producing unit.
5. Filling or packing unit.
6. CIP cleaning system.
7. After treatment equipment: like the conveyor, package or pallet etc.
8. Installation materials for the product pipes and power pipes and also electrical installation.
