1. What is photoluminescent pigment powder?

     Luminescent powder, another name is luminous powder.Light storage luminous pigment is a kind of powder light induced light emitting material, to absorb all dinds of visible light make objects luminous. And can be used repeatedly, is the rare earth materials prepared by alkaline earth metal aluminate, silicon, high temperature solid reaction synthesis.

2). Absorbing light time is short(15-30mintues). But long afterglow time is long.
3). Easy to get light source, any visible light.
4). Have excellent physical and chemical characteristics.

Photoluminescent pigment for ink and painting:

1.Luminous powder always mixed with transparent ink and paint.
2.Prefer to choose small particle size,because the final products will be looked smooth,there were not have sediment for its small size.
3.The mixing proportion is 1:1 according to the weight.The first,add luminous powder,and then add ink,paint or solvent,when fully cover the luminous powder,stop adding any more,it will take half hour to one hour(depending on the site situation),make the ink or paint soak the luminous powder,and then start to add the rest ink or paint,mix round,it can avoid bring too much bubbles.
4.Please remember that do not grind luminous powder,we suggest to use the glass or plastic case to fill the mixture;and it cannot contact with iron.It cannot use heavy metal compounds as additive.In order to make the luminous ink,panit evenly that it can use hand mixing or high speed stirring.
5.The customer should choose the different transparent ink and paint to mix according to different printing materials,for example,if the material was metal,you should choose metal ink,but if the material was PVC,the ink must be PVC.

6.When printing by luminous ink or paint,customer should according to print speed that adjust luminous ink viscosity by thinner.
7.If the luminous coat is on the white background or print on the white materials,it can enhance the brightness of printed design and extend luminous time.If the luminous is print on the focus background.Its brightness will be reduced.
