When the conveyor system which installed steel steel rollers running, some of the dust with static electrictly will often be attached to the surface of the rollers, not only corrode rollers. The uneven thickness of dust will cause the belt worn out fast, belt deviation, tearing and belt load increase. The composite rollers has no electromagnetic attraction with the dust, so dust can not adhension on the belt. It can effectively protect the conveyor belt, extending the life of the conveyor belt.

3. The roller and bearing seat are processed by special double end boring machining. The machine adopts double cutter,double system control, single knife adjustment. A clamping and cutting independent ends. Non tolerance tight fit assembly of roller body and bearing seat. The processing concentricity is less than 0.02mm.
