Twin engine twin pump cementing trailer is on a self-propelled trailer with two horizontal triplex plunger pump .The plunger pump is driven by hydraulic transmission, can be operated in the control box .This equipment is with overpressure protection device , the operator can set the max safety pressure when working. When the operating pressure is over rated pressure, the diesel engine will be in idle speed . When the over-protection device is back to normal, we can restart the plunger pump at once.
Twin engine twin pump cementing unit is mainly used for the cementing work in depth well, middle depth well and shallow well. It can realize the procedure of slurry automatically production, slurry injection, mud displacement, pumping, and it can be used for well washing and the fracturing working for shallow well.
