1.How long is the warranty?

1 year for motherboard and motor.6 months for key board,charger,Joystick and remote control. (Warranty period is started from the date that goods is EX works)

2.How is your after-sales service?

Problem description:Once any malfunction of the machine occurs, pls send us clear picture and video to describe the situation.so our engineer and technician can understand well what the problem is.After problem is well understood, we will instruct you to test some part by multimeters which we shipped together with goods.

3.How long will it takes to deliver goods from china to my country? 

As for the time different port is different. Generally speaking it’s about one month by sea.(production time need about 7-15days,depend on your quantity).

Because our machine has battery,can’t ship by air.

4.How long can the machine work and how long need to charge? 

The machine can work 4-6hour,charge time need 8-10hour.
