The bottom plate is made of stretched steel sheet,the top plate is made of cold-rolling hard steel sheet.The top and the bottom are hot-welded into an empty shell.After treated by phosphate and printed by epoxy powder,foaming cement will be fully infilled into the shell.Then curing, the structure will be stable and strong to support the designed loading capacity . Anti-static system access floor is consisted by floor panel, stringer, screw and pedestal.The panel can support different capacities and the plenum underfloor can be used for cabling and pipe laying or air condition system arrangement.The grommet and socket can be fixed in the panel by cutting an opening. The underfloor plenum is flexible for cabling, pipe and air condition system. Pedestal can be adjusted.Stringers are fixed on the adjustable pedestal by screw to form a stable substructure. The access floor panel will be laid on the pedestals.
