What is CRI?
A color rendering index (CRI) is a quantitative measure of the ability of a light source to reveal the colors of various objects faithfully. Light sources with a high CRI are desirable in color-critical applications such as neonatal care, photography and cinematography. CRI is representative by Ra, the higher the Ra value, the better the CRI. That is, the more real the color.

Q: How long can I get the products?
A: Generally speaking,for sample order,it is 3~4 working days.
    For mass production,it is about 5~15 working days.
    And it is depended on customer's quantity.

Q: What kind of transportation you use?
A: For sample order,we often deliver out the goods by International Express,such as

    DHL,Fedex,TNT,EMS,UPS which will just take about 3~5 working days to the 

    destination. If large quantity,we suggest you via sea transportation,it saves express

    freight. Actually,all is it your choice for the transportation. We will do it as per your

    demand.

Q: If the product is broken in 2 years,how will you deal with it?
A: Since the warranty of our products is 2 years,if the product are broken in 2 years 

    because of the quality ,not by man-made,we will replace the accessories to the
    customers for free.For example,if the led driver is broken,we will replace new
    one for you for free.
