In order to improve the safety of the car go in and go out,HOMEFRIEND & FUJI series car elevator make the extension of the VVVF control technology applied to the door machine system --VVVF speed control driving device controlling by computer from the elevator drive system, and connecting matched rod structure of door machine , that to make the elevator door switch more reliable, stable, flexible, and make the car entry and go out more freedom and safety.

At the same time, using a new-type data network system -- every floor of the elevator and the car, are equipped with computer control system (CPU), and connects through the serial transmission line, greatly reduces the connection between the various components, which makes the system control more efficient and accurate. The configuration of the diagnosis program and backup system between computers to ensure the high reliability of every elevator parts.

Safety Protection

 

Overload protection: Overload buzzer alerts when car load exceeds the permissble upper load limit.In such a case, the elevator will display "Overload" and refuse to start up.

Drive overheating: Elevator will automatically enter into a protection state where motor temperature is higher than the per-defined value due to the excessively high temperate or operation induced heat in machine room.

Elevator will park at the nearest point, open the door for safe evacuation of passengers,and turn off the lamps and fans inside the car, after the temperature returns to normal level, the elevator will resume normal operation.

Terminal floor protection: If the running speed of elevator fails to reach the predetermined value when it arrives at terminal floor, the system will perform deceleration forcibly so as to assure the operation safety of elevator.

Car top inspection:Elevator car top is furnished with inspection box for more efficient inspection and maintenance.

Intercom: Maintain verbal communication with machine room and monitoring center through intercom arramged at car operation pannel,top, and bottom under special circumstances.

Fault self-diagnosis: When detecting control loop anomaly automatically, the control system will automatically stop  elevator to assure passenger's personal safety.

Local hall door opening: When the call buttoms of hall and elevators in the same direction are pressed during normal door closing process,the elevator will open the door again. 

Car opening protection:Where the predetermined time is elapsed due to the failure to open the door because of mechanical jamming etc. internal and external cll signals will be automatically canceled, in which case the elevator car would move to the djacent floor, open the door and unload the passengers.

Grid filter monitoring: The system will automatically give an alarm in case of frequent grid voltage flutuations.
