Stainless steel coil slitter machine with Taiwan design

Metal coil slitting lines: Slitting lines are longitudinal cutting jumbo metal coils into more narrow coils. Usually slitting lines are consisted of four main parts: decoiler, slitter, tensioner and recoiler. Metal strip is fed from decoiler, through slitter for longitudinal cutting by two circular cutting blades, and then re-coiled in slitted mults on the recoiler through tensioner. 

Our slitting lines can be designed and made based on stainless steel, carbon steel, silicon steel, GI, PPGI, brass, copper and aluminum; width range: 300~2000mm, thickness range: 0.2~16mm, weight range: 3~40tons

Flow Chart of Slitting Lines:

Loading coils→decoiling→ pinching, leveling, and shearing→ looping→ guiding → slitting → rewinding scraps → looping → tension → recoiling → unloading baby coils → packing
