• How do I determine the hand on a double action door?

View the opening from the customer side. If the hinge is on the right side, it is a right hand door. If the hinge is on the left side, then it is a left hand door.

• How do I determine the type of door to use?

First, determine what type of traffic is going through your opening (pedestrian, two wheel carts, push carts or motorized pallet jacks).
