1.R series temperature sensitive powder is most suitable for injection molding and extrusion: R series (plastic grade) is a kind of color change powder specially developed for plastics. 2. Scope of application:
can be used for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), soft polyvinyl chloride (S-PVC), AS and ABS and other transparent or translucent plastic injection molding, extrusion molding. Can also be mixed with unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, plexiglass or nylon monomer casting, molding, curing molding.
3. Dosage:
used for injection molding, extrusion molding, casting, machining or curing, pigment dosage amount of plastic 0.4~3.0%, usually 0.6 ~2.0%. thermochromic pigment and plastic particles to fully mix (mixed can use a small amount of white oil). 4. Color Masterbatch:

5. Temperature:
Processing temperature should be controlled at 200 degrees Celsius, the maximum not more than 230 degrees Celsius, and minimize the heating time of materials.

6. Attention:
A.: When using color change powder in injection molding and extrusion, no other filling material or ordinary pigment (such as titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, carbon black, etc.) should be used in the plastics, otherwise it will block the discoloration effect.
B.: Casting, molding, curing pigment in pigment should be added unsaturated polyester, organic glass or nylon single internal mixing evenly, then add the initiator or curing agent polymerization or crosslinking reaction. Because of the rapid increase in viscosity after the polymerization, at this point, adding color paint will make a large number of pigment particles wrapped together, it is difficult to disperse evenly.
