Hydraulic Chamber Filter Press for ceramic sludge treatment/wastewater treatment

Working principle:

Hydraulic station provides high press oil,component chamber formed by oil cylinder and piston is filled with oil.

When pressure is higher than the fraction drag of push plate,it compresses filter plates slowly,when the compressing pressure reach the default setting of overflow valve(shown on the pointer of pressuremeter),filter plates and frames are compressed.

And overflow valve starts to decompress,now turn down the power,one circle is completed.

Reversing valve changes direction,pressure oil enters the chamber of oil cylinder,push plate returns when the oil pressure overpowers the fraction drag of it.
