Question 1: Are you a factory or trading company ?
We are factory at Hangzhou, zhejiang ,any time welcome visit us.
Question 2: How can i get some samples ?
We can provide the samples, but you need to pay the postage
Question 3: Do you have stock?
Our products are divided into 2 parts, one part has no stock but another one whose MOQ is 10 pcs has stock, you can directly order it, you also can ask us to add your logo or information on our existing products. Please click customerized products to find your favorite.
Question 4: How long is your production time?
For OEM products, our lead time is 30-45days after all the details are checked.
For our stock products(you can customized your logo), our lead tome is 15 days
Question 5: What's your payment terms?
1. TT 30% deposit after signing the contract,the balance 70% against the B/L within 3 days.
