1.What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs.But we accept 2000pcs for your trial order.

2.Can I get samples?

Of course. We usually provide exsting sample for free. Samples charge is refundasble when order is up to certain quantity.

3.How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. Thay are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subjet to you designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.

4.How long is the production lead time?

It takes 28 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

6.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

FDA, LFGB, SGS

7.What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% aganist copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight.
