1. Q: How could I get the price of the fabric I want ?

     A: 1) Please give us the specifications of the fabrics you want, such as composition, weight, width, texture, color, feature, function, etc. Then we will quote the precise price for you.

        2) If you don’t know above details of the fabric, you can just send us clear pictures of the fabric you require, so that we can quote you an estimate price.
        3) Or you can send us your physical sample, we can test and check its specifications. Thus we can an exact price.

 

2. Q: Is there any special price policy or discount ?

     A: 1) Price is always related to the order quantity. If the order quantity is far more than our MOQ, discount is negotiable. And the more the your order quantity is, the more discount will be.
         2) We can also give discount to our customer during our promotion period.
         3) Client who has his own brand will be added in our VIP customer list. We always have some special policies for our VIP customers who has sent us their selling data for a check.

 

3. Q: What's the sample charge and sampling time ?

     A: 1) Free for our existing sample and you pay sample freight only. Sampling time is 1 day.
          2) For customized sample, you need to pay sample fees plus freight. And we will return the sample cost to you once you place an order.

 

4. Q: How much is the shipping cost ?

     A: Shipping cost is determined by the package’s weight, shipping method and your destination.

 

5. Q: How can I confirm the pre-production fabric sample ?

     A: If customer request, we can send few free pre-production samples for choice. Then we will produce the fabric according to the sample quality you choose.

 

6. Q: Is cargo inspection allowed ? And how ?

     A: 1) Yes. Our customer has the right to inspect the cargo before shipment. You can ask your QC or the third party to check the cargo.
          2) Each roll and each yard fabric are tested during the production, thus we have the inspection report of the fabric in each roll and yard. We are pleased to send these report to our customer for inspecting the cargo.

 

7. Q: How about the aftersales service and warranty time ?

     A: 1) For both small order or big, we take them seriously. We have strict quality control and both of them are carefully inspected and tested before delivery.
          2) If quality problem happened, we will solve it at the first time and we are willing to compensate for our responsibilities. Usually the warranty time is 30 days when fabrics bulk is signed by the consignee.

 

8. Q: How to start order with you ?

     A: First buyer confirm the samples and prices, then we sign the PI and contract. After we receive buyer’s deposit we will arrange the PP sample, next bulk production.
