1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But you will be pay off sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by DHL,FEDEX,UPS or TNT.You can pay the freight charge by TT or western union, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-7 days to reach you, subject where you are.
3. What's the delivery time? It’s according to your order quantity, in general , it’s about 20-50 working days after receiving your deposit.
4. Can we print our own logo? Yes, we accept customers’ own logo.
5.What ‘s the payment term? We accept 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment .
