BX-Series Wood Chipping Machine is used to chip the big wood logs with diameter less 250mm into adjustable wood chipper. While MFSP-Series Hammer Mill is mainly to grind the wood chipper, small wood branches, wood feedstuffs, stalk, and straw with diameter less 50mm into 2-5mm granular.

WSG-Series Rotary Dryer can be used to dry the following material:

 

a. Sawdust, grazing, leaves, sugarcane biogases, and animals’ wastes and so on. And it can be used in Chemical Plant, Mine, Metallurgy and other industries. For example, the ore, the scoria, coal, metallic powder, phosphor fertilizer, sulfur.

 

b. It can dry the granule materials which have special requesting and must dry in low temperature. For example, Vesicant; Light Calcium Carbonate; Active Dust; Magnet Powder; Plumbago and so on.

 

During the Drying Process, the best moisture content to pellet and briquette is about 13-15% and 11-12%, the function of the Rotary Dryer is to make the crushed pieces with suitable moisture.

 

The Rotary Dryer is made up of Direct or Indirect Biomass Stove, Main Rotary Drum Body, Screw Conveyor, Cyclones, Air-locks, Fans and matched Pipes which can realize to reduce the moisture from 60%-10%.
