--Answer: All of our models are support five versions: analogue(PSTN), VoIP, GSM, PAGA, Wifi. Can be powered by AC110-240V, DC12V / DC5V, telephones line powered, solar, POE, battery or UPS.

--Answer: Yes, if out of the warranty period, please let us know the issue and we will offer the technical data of the parts and reference price.

--Answer: Yes, we support OEM \ ODM order. We have our own R&D Department with high technology support. Please provide your detailed requirements.
Question 9. Can I choose other colors of the phones?
--Answer: Yes, normally the default color is yellow. Some model like KNZD-04, KNZD-11, KNZD-13, KNZD-14... support red, blue or white. It is base on our stock. If the quantity over 100pcs, we can support other colors you like.
