1. Usage:  Avian influenza virus (AIV) can distinguish several different types according to the hemaglutinin(H) and neuraminidase(N) protein antigenicity. H5 Avian influrnza virus (AIV) Antigen Rapid Test Card is for detection H7 AIV antigen in Avian feces.

 3.Procedure

   1.Collect the samples from trachea and cloacal swabs  using the swab.  

   2.Putting the swabs into dilution buffer. Mixing the buffer with the swab thoroughly.

   3. Take out test card from sealed bag. Put it on flat surface, use dropper to draw upper bright liquid, drop 4 drops slowly,      one by one, to the sample hole with “S” mark.

   4.  Read the result in 10-15 minutes, the result is invalid after 15 minutes.
