1.Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer? 


A: we are a manufacturer and we have 3 production bases and 3 R&D bases which are located in South China, Central China as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan respectively.


 


2. Q: What should I provide to get quotation at first? 


 A: Sketch or detailed drawings would be better. If they are not available, you can send small sample pieces to us. And then our engineer will make detailed drawings for you according to your requirements like the uses, surface finish and lengths of aluminum profiles you need.


 


3. Q: Can I have a sample for testing? Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?


A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.


 


4. Q: How long does it take for samples and mass production?


Usually it will take 3 days for prototype and 7 days for mass production if we have original products. And it will need 7 days for prototype and 15 days for mass production if you they are new products. Negotiable for special cases.


 


5. Q:Can I mix different designs ?


A:Sure!


 


6. Q: Do you have inspection procedures for profiles?


A:100% self-inspection before shipping.
