How to use the heat press machine?
1. Prepare for fabric and plastic paper for sumblimation
2.Open the heat press machine and set the temperature and time.
3. Put fabric and picture on the plate of heat press machine
4.Pull the handle of heat press machine and make the heat plate down.
5. Take out fabric when the time is ok and you should veil the plastic paper.
6. finished the process of printing fabric.
Operation procedures
please note:Users should operate the machine with ground wire connected for safety!
1.Check the voltage before using it.Then turn on the power supply!
2.Plug in,turn on the power switch of machine,the power indicator lightened.
3.Set the thermostat to the temperature needed (Normally 120-200ºC),set the timer to the needed.(Normally 5~20Second).
4.Place the clothes to the main plate,cover the printing paper(please note the right surface of the paper).Press the handle down until reach terminal.
5.When the time come down to over,the buzzer alarms,pull the handle back.
6.If it is cold-ripping of the transfer paper,please use blackboard wiper to rub against the whole transfer paper,wait for 5-10 seconds,then rip off the transfer paper.If it is the hot-ripping of the transfer paper,you can rip off immediately after printing.

temperature and time setup:
1.turn on the switch, machine connect power with buzzer a times,showing temperature and time.

2.press TEMP button, the temperature screen flash, change the temperature through up and down
key.Press TEMP button again to fix the temperature you want.
3.press TIME button, the time screen flash, change the time through up and down key.
Press TIME button again to fix the time you want.
4.When the heater temperature up to the setup temperature , the OUT light crush out.
Printing steps:
Taking the white chemical fiber cloth as an example
1.Feed material into inkjet printer, be sure printing on the printable side(white matt coated side).
2.Design you image and invert it ,printer setting use Photo Quality
or Best Quality print mode
3. Lift up the press handle, and turn on the power.The press should always be in the open position
when heating the it.
4. Setting temperature and time.
5. Press will keep in the constant temperature when rising to the ideal temperature.
Put the cloth on the silica pad with the side you want to transfer facing up and smooth out all
wrinkles to preheat for 5 second.
6.Place on fabric with image face down.
7. Lay down the grip to start the transfer ,meanwhile the timer will count automatically.
8.While time is up, the buzzer will sound .
9. Lift up the press handle again, take out the cloth and peel the paper.
