Installation

Place the sealer on a table convenient to operate,and it is better to use with a cutter.

 Safety Instruction

1. 1. Wire on plug and shell must be earthed firmly.


2. 2. Please take up the bottom of the seal when moving appliance.

 Operation process

1. 1. Plug on the power cable,and set the “auto/manual” switch on “O”.Turn on the power switch,adjust the temperture controller to 175℃,the sound and light indicator warn when temperture reached.Then choose the “auto/manual” switch and ready to work.“manual”---the electricmotor will continuously work,the warning sound will stop.“auto”---the electricmotor will work automatically when fill in the package paper,and it will stop working when stop fill in the paper. 


2. 2. Paper face adown,from left to right filling in the sealer.


3. 3. Check the sealing quality and ready for the next work.


4. 4. When something wrong happens,switch off the power supply,solve the problem and then go on to work.

Notice:The temperature cotroller stop heating when setting temperature reached.The temperature indicated will go on increase a bit,that is normal working state.

Temperature Controller Usage

1. 1. Press the “PAR” buttom to set the sealing temperature.Press the “auto/man” buttom to select the digit of temperature.Press the “Down” and “up” buttom to change the number of temperatre.


2. 2. Hold your finger on the “PAR” buttom for 3 seconds into the setting mode.

Notice:

The temperature controller is well setted after munufacture,DO NOT change the settings unless necessary.
