Product Description
Wrapping robots are mobile wrapping machines which are appropiate for utilisation at different places or if the cargo is very wide and/or very long so that a standard-wrapping machine can not be used.
The automatic robot crab pallet wrapping machine is a self propelled battery powered robotic mobile pallet wrapper driven by twin 24V electric motors.Capable of wrapping loads of any weight and area up to 2350mm in height. It can be used in warehouses with restricted space where a conventional turntable pallet wrapper permanently sited would command too much floor space. When not required it can simply be movement out of the area and the floor space used for another purpose. Because of its compact dimensions the Robotic requires a much smaller working area than most robots. An 100% power pre-stretch system is fitted as standard ogether with variable speed control for reel carrier rise and fall. PLC unit controls top/bottom and intermediate wraps with 6 pre-programmable settings.
