Veterinary Toxoplasma rapid test kit for Dog and Cat

Introduction

Rapid Toxoplasma gondii Ab test Kit use rapid immunochromatographic test method,to detect Toxoplasma Ab in whole blood or serum from cat, dog.There is labeled Toxoplasma antigen on test card, after adding sample, it moves along with labeled antigen. If there is Toxoplasma antibody in the sample, will reacts with antigen on T line and show red-wine color; If there is no Toxoplasma antibody, no color reaction.

Procedure

1) Collect 0.5-1ml blood, centrifuge at 3000r/min for 3-5min to separate serum. Or be static at 4℃ overnight, separate the serum naturally.  

2) Take out the test card( return to room temperature firstly if store in cold), put it on desk flatly.

3) Use dropper to drop 3 drop of sample vertically and slowly to the sample hole with “S” mark.

4) Read the test results between 10 ~ 20 minutes.

The result will invalid after 20 minutes.
