Negative Eco Wash Thermal CTP Plate is same as agfa chemistry free ctp plate

Huaguang TD-W Plate is a new kind of environment-friendly printing product. After exposure, there is no need for washing with developer only needing a simple gumming process, and it can be put on press. Dots can be corrected before printing.

There is no need to worry about uncertainties and generate intermediate in the developing process because of

eliminating chemical processing. After exposure, TD-W only need a simplified clean-out and a gumming step.

The clean-out and a gumming process don’t need developer solution and replenishment, and don’t investigate rotate speed,

pH or temperature. It only needs Huaguang neutral clean gum which supporting the use of Glunz & Jensen chemistry-free CTP processor. Due to the long period of latent image stabilization of TD-W, there is no need to worry about the latent image variation.

 

TD-W is suitable for sheet-fed and web commercial press. Images are sharp, and there is no need to change

the press conditions and operating habits. Screen dot reduction is up to 1-98% at 200lpi and 240lpi.

The run length is up to100, 000 under the better press condition. The little paper of start-up and fast speed balance

of TD-W, while shortens the ready-printing time, and reduce paper wasting and star-up debugging time .
