Fancy plywood is widely used for furniture and interior decoration. With good properties, such as, easy polishing and painting, easy fabricability, high bending strength, strong screw holding ability, heat resistant, anti-static, easy cleaning, long-lasting and no seasonal effect.

Process
How do we manufacture fancy plywood?
Here is a basic break down of the process below.
1. suitable dyed veneers are selected
2. veneers are cut into suitable sizes
3. glue is coated on the plywood by a pasting machine
4. veneers are pasted on the plywood
5. they are hot-pressed
6. any access material leftover from pasting is cut away
7. they are carefully inspected, if any gaps are found it is hot pressed again.
8. surface is polished by a wide belt sander
9. ready to be packed and delivered !
