Specification
Work flow of central payment model(include payment machine):
A: Registered parkers- license plate recognition enter and leave.
B: Temporary parkers(Visitor)
ENTER: come to the entrance,presence at the coils sensor, press the button of ticket dispenser, to take a barcode ticket, camera will take a snapshot to store in the system, barrier gate open, vehicle entered, boom of barrier gate will lay down automatically
Pay at the automatic payment machine or central manual payment point
Exit: come to the exit, scan the barcode ticket, confirm the payment,take a snapshot,store in the system,
barrier gate will open,vehicle passed, boom will lay down automatically.
B: Temporary parkers(Visitor)

How ANPR(also known as LPR) car parking system works
1. Entrance procedure
A vehicle stops in front of the entrance, just before the barrier. The sensor detects its presence and a dedicated camera
automatically recognizes and records the number plate, date and time of entry. The remote management system captures the data
provided by the camera and enters it into the database. If already registered, the subscriber’s membership information and
reservation data are added. The entrance barrier rises allowing the driver access to the car park. The barrier lowers
automatically, once a vehicle passes the safety sensor.
Drivers of vehicles registered with an online account can enter and exit nominated car parks unimpeded. Parking charges are
automatically debited from their nominated credit/debit cards at regular intervals via an online account.

Parking payment kiosk is used to automatically manage the parking calculation, collection, change and small ticket printing charge
of equipment, 24-hour continuous operation, placed in indoor, configuration control, intercom and other security components .

ANPR Parker
1. Enter license plate no. ( support fuzzy search), if license plate is ABCDEF, you can enter ABC, BCD or DEF, it displays related license plate no., selects your plate no.and click “confirm” .
2. When enter partial plate no., it shows all related plate no., if your license plate no. can’t be found in first page, click “ previous page” or “next page” to look for. Select your license plate picture, click “ confirm”.
3. Payment information will display as below:
After payment is made, APM will give change and print a receipt. The driver must leave parking lot within grace time (Usually is 15 minutes grace time), if driver leave the lot exceed grace time, system will calculate parking fee again.
When payment is done, system will return to standby interface and waiting for next parker.
Also, you can go to manual payment station, hand over barcode ticket and pay parking fee.
